How filing works
- Applications must be filed through a CBIU Authorised Agent. The CBIU will not accept direct submissions from applicants. A Licenced Promoter may market the programme under the 2024 Regulations after contracting with an Authorised Agent and obtaining CBIU designation; marketing without authorisation is restricted. (Official source · verified 22 Oct 2026, 01:29 HKT)
- Filing usually requires a licensed local agent or counsel where the programme rules say so. We do not bypass that. Beyond Borders is not itself a licensed or authorised agent of any programme.

Programme framed under Section 101 of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Dominica; Commonwealth of Dominica Citizenship Act, 1978 (naturalisation under sections 8 and 9); and the Commonwealth of Dominica Citizenship by Investment Regulations, 2024 (gazetted 28 June 2024; S.R.O. No. 8 of 2024 on the CBIU site), which repeal prior regulations and set investment minima, eligibility, due diligence, and Authorised Agent / Licenced Promoter rules.

What this does not mean
These figures are not a Beyond Borders fee quote, and they do not include professional, agent or third-party costs.
A published government fee is not a promise of approval, of any processing time, or of any visa-free access.
Listing a programme does not mean Beyond Borders is a licensed or authorised agent of that programme.
