About

Editorial standards

Industry News, Borders Brief and analysis on this site follow the standards below. The site-wide disclaimer still applies: nothing here is legal, tax, immigration or investment advice.

Sources

We start with primary government and intergovernmental texts, and we link them. Press can appear as context; when a line is not an official statement, we label it. Unofficial translations of non-English sources are marked as such.

Evidence labels

Each cited source carries one label:

  • Verified — we checked this against the official source.
  • Reported — from a named press report, not an official statement.
  • Analysis — our reading of the sources.

Corrections

If we find a factual error, we correct the page and add a dated note in that article’s corrections list. We do not silently rewrite published pieces.

Independence

Beyond Borders is an independent advisory. We do not sell paid placement in Industry News, Borders Brief or analysis. If we or a related company have a role with a programme or provider you are considering, we tell you before you decide.

Not advice

General information only. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, immigration or investment advice, an offer, an application filing or a fee quote. We are not a government body, and we are not a licensed or authorised agent of any citizenship or residency programme. Each government decides applications after its own due diligence. We do not guarantee approval, processing times or visa-free access.
